Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer

• minware is a self-funded seed-stage company focused on improving software engineering by analyzing code post-writing to enhance work processes.
• The Senior Full Stack Engineer will collaborate with the founders to develop the product, emphasizing React, GraphQL, and Next.js for the main analytics application.
• Responsibilities include independently planning, implementing, and testing features, defining capabilities with product managers, designing new system components, managing tech debt, and optionally assisting in hiring.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in building and maintaining complex full-stack applications, understanding high-quality code principles, strong communication skills, agile/lean planning, and proficiency in core technologies like Postgres, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, and React.

Requirements:

• Experience in building and maintaining complex full-stack applications.
• Familiarity with high-quality code principles, including continuous integration, declarative and functional programming.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with non-technical stakeholders and customers.
• Proficient in agile or lean planning and project management processes.
• Preferably skilled in core technologies like Postgres, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, and React, or similar.
• Optional proficiency in infrastructure (AWS, Terraform) and UI (HTML, CSS, Figma).
