Description:

  • The Merit Circle core team is seeking a proactive and adaptable Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their development team in Amsterdam.
  • The role involves working on diverse projects in the web3 gaming landscape, including Beam Subnet, Sphere, Beam SDK, and NFT integrations.
  • Responsibilities include developing scalable code, troubleshooting and debugging issues, ensuring software quality through testing and code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • The Senior Full Stack Engineer will also work with partners to develop tailored solutions aligned with the product strategy, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with smart contract auditors for security and reliability.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering and 2+ years of full stack programming experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Git, GitHub, TypeScript, Nodejs, Next.js, and a solid understanding of blockchain concepts and Web3 technology.
  • Experience with blockchain protocols, Ethereum development tools, and Solidity smart contract development.
  • Exceptional technical communication skills, experience collaborating within an engineering team, and insight into smart contract integration.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies in the blockchain space.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with docker and/or running servers, SQL/NoSQL experience, experience with NFT marketplaces, and knowledge of Solidity design patterns and security best practices.
