Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer

Description:

• minware is a self-funded seed-stage company focused on improving software engineering by analyzing code to enhance work processes.
• The Senior Full Stack Engineer will work closely with the founders to develop the product using React, GraphQL, and Next.js.
• Responsibilities include independently planning, implementing, and testing features, collaborating with product managers, designing new system components, and managing tech debt reduction.
• The role may involve conducting interviews and assisting in hiring other engineers.

Requirements:

• Must have experience building and maintaining complex full-stack applications.
• Familiarity with high-quality code principles, such as continuous integration and declarative/functional programming, is required.
• Strong communication skills are necessary for interacting with non-technical stakeholders and customers.
• Proficiency in agile or lean planning and project management processes is essential.
• Preferred experience with core technologies like Postgres, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, and React.
• Optional proficiency in infrastructure (AWS, Terraform) and UI (HTML, CSS, Figma) is a plus.
