Givebutter is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their Growth team, focusing on acquisition.
The role involves owning experiments that directly impact the nonprofit acquisition funnel and activation rates.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of engineering experience building web applications at scale.
Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React is required.
Experience with PHP and MVC frameworks, preferably Laravel, is necessary.
Familiarity with A/B testing, feature flags, and experimentation platforms is essential.
Comfort with SQL and data analysis to measure experiment impact is required.
A track record of working on cross-functional teams with Product and Design is necessary.
Experience debugging code and applications in production is required.
Candidates must be able to balance speed of iteration with code quality and technical debt.
Nice to have: Experience at high-growth B2B SaaS or consumer products, familiarity with analytics platforms, and a background in marketing technology or conversion rate optimization.
