As a Senior Full-Stack Support Engineer, independently investigate and resolve customer issues, utilizing logs and code across services and databases.
Collaborate with the support squad, support manager, and other engineers to solve bugs and enhance customer experience.

This is a full-time remote position.
Requirements:
A minimum of 6 years of full stack experience in application development is required.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary to resolve complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
Excellent debugging skills, particularly with AWS Cloudwatch, are essential.
Proficiency in English and great communication skills are required for collaboration with engineers and product managers.
Extensive experience with AWS, Node, Postgres, and Vue is needed.
Strong proficiency in Javascript and Typescript is mandatory.
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks such as Vitest and Mocha is required.
