Description:

The Senior Full Stack Engineer position at Metagood involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications focusing on blockchain and NFT functionalities.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate blockchain solutions and smart contracts into products.
Writing and reviewing code for various platforms with a high emphasis on security and performance.
Staying updated with new blockchain technologies and Web3 standards to incorporate into the tech stack.
Providing technical leadership, mentoring junior developers, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Managing the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and optimization.
Leading the integration of front-end and back-end aspects of applications with a focus on user experience.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Rust.
Experience with front-end and back-end technologies like React, Node.js, and Express.
Strong understanding of blockchain principles and NFT standards like ERC-721 and ERC-1155.
Experience with smart contract development and deployment tools.
Familiarity with decentralized file storage systems such as IPFS.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills are essential.
