Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer

Description:

• minware is a self-funded seed-stage company focused on improving software engineering practices by analyzing code to enhance productivity.
• The Senior Full Stack Engineer will work closely with the founders to develop the product using React, GraphQL, and Next.js.
• Responsibilities include independently planning, implementing, and testing features, collaborating with product managers and customers, designing new system components, and managing tech debt reduction.
• Optional tasks may include conducting interviews and assisting in hiring other engineers.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in building and maintaining complex full-stack applications, possess strong communication skills, and be familiar with agile or lean planning processes.
• Proficiency in Postgres, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, and React is preferred, while knowledge of AWS, Terraform, HTML, CSS, and Figma is beneficial.

Requirements:

• Experience in building and maintaining complex full-stack applications.
• Familiarity with high-quality code principles, including continuous integration, declarative and functional programming.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with non-technical stakeholders and customers.
• Proficiency in agile or lean planning and project management processes.
• Preferred experience with core technologies like Postgres, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, and React.
• Optional proficiency in infrastructure (AWS, Terraform) and UI (HTML, CSS, Figma).
