Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer (Freelance)

Description:

• As a freelance full stack engineer at Blank Street, you will be responsible for building and improving products such as the mobile app, POS system, and internal tools.
• You will work on various initiatives including core product functionality, growth experiments, design systems, and new product launches.
• Collaborate closely with the product and design teams, with exposure to company leadership.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and strategy, advocate for quality engineering, and provide ideas and feedback.
• Develop and implement features using technologies like Flutter, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS.
• Assist in refining engineering processes, tools, and systems to enhance speed and productivity.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a full stack engineer.
• Demonstrated experience working on production consumer apps.
• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and Flutter programming frameworks, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with product-building experience.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to handle tasks of any size.
