Remote Senior Full-Stack Engineer (.Net/React )

Description:

• Work on accelerating the development of applications used by the Client's network of brokers
• Collaborate with innovation engineering teammates and product managers to build, maintain, and enhance in-house software products for a leading real estate firm
• Develop tools to promote collaboration, break down silos, and drive innovation in the Client's tech stack
• Lead complex engineering projects from conception to delivery with high-quality and innovative solutions
• Utilize expertise in .Net, Typescript, Javascript, Jest, Selenium, React, Redux, REST, Azure Functions, APIM, AFD, Azure Topics, Azure Queues, ADO + Pipelines, and integration with Legacy Systems
• Mentor Intermediate and Associate Engineers to foster a culture of learning and growth
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
• Contribute to process improvement, system enhancement, and technology advancement
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new solutions for a competitive edge

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience with a progression of technical complexity and leadership responsibilities
• Proven track record of leading successful development projects
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and coding best practices
• Proficiency in .Net, Javascript/Typescript, and Azure; experience in Python and AWS/GCP is a plus
• Ability to navigate complex engineering challenges while focusing on team growth and communication
• Motivated to guide and develop less experienced engineers
• Eagerness to engage with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies
