Description:

• Participate in all phases of product development, from user communication and requirements gathering to development and deployment.
• Tackle complex problems with clear, stable, and scalable solutions while contributing as a product designer and planner.
• Develop new features for the chatbot/voicebot SaaS platform while maintaining high-quality engineering standards.
• Build tools that simplify chatbot creation, testing, and optimization for clients.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to enhance user experience for non-technical customers.
• Optimize conversation flows and responses using your understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Support junior engineers and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years of full-time software development experience, along with a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
• A strong foundation in software development principles and algorithms.
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages, with a focus on JavaScript, React, and Node.js (specific knowledge of these is not required).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud.
• Proficiency in JavaScript with a commitment to clean coding practices.
• A deep understanding of code performance, scalability, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with distributed systems or large-scale web applications.
• Previous startup experience at a high-growth company is a plus.
• Bonus points for experience with LLMs, CI/CD knowledge, React Native proficiency, and contributions to open-source projects.
