The role involves developing a SaaS platform for creating and testing advanced chatbots and voice bots at Propelix, a new subsidiary of Jerry.
Participate in all phases of product development, including user communication, requirements gathering, development, and deployment.
Tackle complex problems with stable and scalable solutions while contributing as a product designer and planner.
Develop new features for the chatbot/voicebot SaaS platform while maintaining high-quality engineering standards.
Build tools that simplify chatbot creation, testing, and optimization for clients.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to enhance user experience for non-technical customers.
Optimize conversation flows and responses using knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs).
Support junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements:

A minimum of 6 years of full-time software development experience, along with a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
A strong foundation in software development principles and algorithms is essential.
Knowledge of multiple programming languages is required, with a focus on JavaScript, React, and Node.js, although expertise in these specific languages is not mandatory.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud is necessary.
Proficiency in JavaScript with a commitment to clean coding practices is expected.
A deep understanding of code performance, scalability, and troubleshooting is required.
Experience with distributed systems or large-scale web applications is essential.
Previous startup experience at a high-growth company is a plus.
Bonus points for experience with LLMs, CI/CD knowledge, React Native proficiency, and contributions to open-source projects.
