Description:

Ondo Finance is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a focus on Web3 to join their remote team in the U.S.
The role involves building web applications and APIs that allow users to interact with complex investment products across multiple blockchains such as Ethereum, Arbitrum, Solana, Sui, and Aptos.
Responsibilities include designing user-friendly interfaces, integrating Web3 libraries, optimizing front-end code for performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing external system integrations.
The position requires strong expertise in Front-End development, particularly in React and TypeScript, along with familiarity in other parts of the stack.
The engineer will work on existing products and future projects, contributing to the development of blockchain-enabled investment solutions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of software engineering experience contributing to production codebases in Node.js, React, and JavaScript (TypeScript).
A minimum of 1+ years of experience or demonstrated interest in developing decentralized applications is required.
Applicants should be based in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones.
A Bachelor's degree or significant coursework in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is necessary.
Candidates must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing needs and requirements.
Solid fundamental knowledge of web application, API, and web3 development is essential.
A dedication to continuous learning and a commitment to best practices across the technology stack is expected.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, along with a collaborative team spirit.
A demonstrated interest in crypto, such as building, investing, or yield farming, is important.
