The position is for a Senior Full Stack Web Developer contractor, with the potential to transition into a Lead Engineer contractor role within 6 months.
The role involves building quality software products and writing reliable, observable, resilient, and scalable code for mobile and web applications.
The developer will create rich experiences, bridge gaps between designers and engineers, and ensure responsive code for various devices.
Collaboration with Product Management and Product Design is essential to decide on features and efficient building methods.
The developer will practice continuous integration and delivery, releasing new software daily and making impactful changes quickly.
Mentoring junior developers and inspiring them as they grow in their roles is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:

Candidates should have significant experience (5+ years) in client-side web software development using modern libraries and frameworks, particularly React/React Native.
A strong understanding of HTTP, Test Driven Development (TDD), XSS attacks, and MVC web frameworks is required.
Familiarity with CSS architecture, responsive layout, accessibility, and animation best practices is necessary, along with experience working with design systems.
A solid grasp of fundamental computer science concepts is expected, including pointers, Big O notation, composition vs. inheritance, and data structures.
Proficiency in SQL and databases, including CRUD operations and understanding of indexes and joins, is essential.
Experience with PHP (Laravel) and TypeScript (React/React Native) is preferred, but a background in any mainstream object-oriented language is acceptable.
