Remote Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Description:

• As a Senior Software Engineer at LawnStarter, you will be responsible for building quality software products for the on-demand marketplace for lawn care and related services.
• You will develop reliable, observable, resilient, and scalable code for mobile and web applications supporting providers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Your role will involve building rich experiences, bringing the LawnStarter design system to life in code, and ensuring responsive scaling across different devices.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Product Design teams to decide on feature development efficiently and release new software daily.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to their growth and knowledge alongside your work.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack web software engineering with modern libraries and frameworks like React/React Native.
• Proficiency in CSS architecture, responsive layout, accessibility, and animation, working with design systems and product design organizations.
• Understanding of fundamental computer science concepts, including pointers, Big O notation, composition vs. inheritance, and differences between data structures.
• Strong grasp of SQL and databases, including non-relational databases and cloud solutions, CRUD operations, indexes, and join operations.
