Description:
- As a Senior Software Engineer at LawnStarter, you will be responsible for building quality software products for the on-demand marketplace for lawn care and related services.
- You will develop reliable, observable, resilient, and scalable code for mobile and web applications supporting providers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Your role will involve building rich experiences, implementing the design system in code, and ensuring responsive scaling across different devices.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Design teams to decide on features efficiently and release new software daily through continuous integration and delivery.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to their growth and development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack web software engineering with modern libraries and frameworks like React/React Native.
- Proficiency in CSS architecture, responsive layout, accessibility, and animation, including working with design systems and designers.
- Understanding of fundamental computer science concepts, SQL, and databases, including non-relational databases and cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with PHP (Laravel) and TypeScript (React/React Native) is preferred, but experience with any mainstream object-oriented language is acceptable.
