• Cloudbeds is seeking a superstar Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their remote team in the Europe time zone.
• The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing new architectures, features, and best practices to scale the Cloudbeds platform.
• They will work on service-oriented architectures, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, and ensuring an exceptional experience for customers worldwide.
• The role involves writing front-end code, preferably using React, and collaborating with a team to utilize modern SaaS and Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies.
• Responsibilities include participating in agile engineering teams, mentoring junior Engineers, developing in PHP and Java tech stacks, and engaging in technical discussions with stakeholders.
• The position requires driving optimization in software engineering processes, researching new technologies, and collaborating on technical design for complex features.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer in a product development environment.
• 5+ years of PHP web application software engineering experience and 2+ years working with MySQL.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks like Vue and React, and experience in organizations focusing on high availability, scalability, security, automation, and observability.
• Familiarity with modern infrastructure tooling such as DataDog, GitHub, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.
• Strong understanding of secure software engineering, business sense, and collaboration skills with leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
• Dedication to observability, software engineering best practices, design patterns, and automated testing.
• Fluency in business-level English, teamwork, time management skills, and passion for agile practices and continuous improvement.
