The role of Senior Full-Stack Support Engineer involves independently investigating and resolving customer issues, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and debugging expertise.
The engineer will work closely with the support manager and other support engineers to address bugs and enhance the application.
This is a full-time remote position.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of full stack experience in application development.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required to resolve complex technical issues and optimize system performance.
Excellent debugging skills, particularly with AWS Cloudwatch, are essential.
Proficiency in English and strong communication skills are necessary for collaboration with engineers and product managers.
Extensive experience with AWS, Node, Postgres, and Vue is required.
Strong proficiency in Javascript and Typescript is mandatory.
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks such as Vitest and Mocha is needed.
