Netguru is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer with Ruby on Rails experience to help innovators and entrepreneurs create beautiful software.

The position offers a monthly salary range of 15,600 - 26,900 PLN + VAT for B2B contracts and 13,000 - 22,400 PLN (gross) for UoP contracts.
Responsibilities include developing high-quality application software, analyzing and improving existing code, leading technical discussions, applying agile methodologies, and mentoring team members.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience and advanced knowledge of Ruby and Ruby on Rails, including tools like Active Record and RSpec.
Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB) is required.
Candidates should have experience designing secure APIs (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets) with authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth).
Strong knowledge of React.js and proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES2015+) is necessary.
Experience in optimizing application performance and knowledge of creating DRY and S.O.L.I.D. code is essential.
Candidates should understand security principles in software development and have experience in both public and private sector projects.
Good knowledge of testing practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide clients and teams are required.
Proficiency in written and spoken English (C1+) is mandatory.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, DevOps practices, and open-source contributions.
