Description:
- Rialtic is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join the dynamic Workflows Team responsible for web apps from DX to UX.
- The team focuses on building scalable systems using TypeScript and collaborates with Product & Sales, Cloud Engineering, Client Success, and Design.
- Responsibilities include improving demo environments, leading releases, solving user challenges, addressing UX issues, and implementing roadmap features.
- The role involves building user-facing features, owning core features, simplifying complexity, collaborating on API & Database architecture, and enhancing software development processes.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with Typescript, SQL, NoSQL, REST API design, web apps, Vue.js or similar frameworks, event-driven architecture, testing strategies, and modern data stacks.
- Nice to haves include Nest.js, Nuxt, Prisma, Cloudflare Workers, Tailwind, Continuous Integration, Monorepos, AWS, Cloudflare Workers, and Health Tech experience.
- The tech stack includes Node.js/NestJS REST API, Prisma ORM, Postgres, Kafka, Nuxt/Vue.js PWAs, Jest, Vitest, Playwright, Auth0, JWT, Gitlab, Slack, Notion, Figma, and more.

Requirements:
- 7+ years experience with Typescript, SQL (Postgres, SQLite), NoSQL (Document, KV).
- 5+ years of experience with REST API design, data modeling, and building web apps.
- 3+ years of experience with Vue.js or similar frontend frameworks (React or Angular).
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture, immutable data, and testing strategies.
- Strong opinion on modern data stacks and components.
- Nice to have: experience with Nest.js, Nuxt, Prisma, Cloudflare Workers, Tailwind, Continuous Integration, Monorepos, AWS, Cloudflare Workers, Health Tech.
