Rialtic is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in Vue and TypeScript to join their Workflows Team.
The role involves ownership of core features in collaboration with Product and Design teams, focusing on building high-quality web applications.
Responsibilities include working on both frontend and backend challenges, simplifying complex problems, and ensuring security, scalability, and performance in web apps and backend services.
The engineer will collaborate closely with various teams to deliver user value while maintaining technical excellence.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience with TypeScript and building web applications.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience with Vue.js is required.
Experience in building and deploying web apps is essential.
Candidates should possess a strong visual design sense and familiarity with testing strategies using TypeScript (e.g., Vitest, Jest, Playwright).
A strong opinion about modern data stacks and their components is expected.
Nice to have skills include experience with Nest.js, Nuxt, Prisma, Cloudflare Workers, Tailwind, Continuous Integration, Monorepos, AWS, and Health Tech (payer side).
