The company is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to join the Customer Experience Team, focusing on Marketing and Guest Data Platform (GDP) solutions.
The role involves providing subject matter expertise throughout the customer deployment cycle and beyond.
The Senior Implementation Specialist will use empathy, communication, and organizational skills to understand customer goals and business processes.
Responsibilities include becoming a subject matter expert in Email and SMS marketing and GDP solutions, guiding customers through consultations and training, and identifying opportunities for rapid value and adoption.
The specialist will advise brands on best practices for applying Marketing and GDP solutions to achieve their goals.
The role requires contributing to weekly reports, providing feedback to improve customer experience, and advocating for customers in discussions with the Product team.
The position allows for remote work from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2+ years of work experience in a high-volume, real-time SaaS organization specializing in Marketing technology or a Guest Data Platform.
At least 1 year of experience managing clients or relevant project management work is required.
An understanding of webhook and API integrations at a high level is necessary, along with the ability to document data sources, data points, and transmission methods.
Experience in critical thinking and effective written and verbal communication with company partners is essential, focusing on conveying complex details concisely.
Candidates should possess the ability to articulate disagreements and debates while documenting, prioritizing, and delivering robustly.
An interest in the restaurant industry is preferred.

The estimated compensation range for this role is $64,951 - $88,464 annually, depending on experience and location, with eligibility for incentive compensation.
