The AbbVie Cybersecurity Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Senior will be responsible for building and executing the program in alignment with strategic and tactical transformation plans.
This position reports to the Transformation and Support Services pillar of the Cybersecurity TPRM organization within Business Technology Solutions (BTS).
Key skills required include exceptional organizational abilities, self-motivation, independence in work, proven process management, and strong inter-team communication skills.
The role involves identifying, articulating, and solving complex challenges.
The position is remote and can be located anywhere in the U.S.
Responsibilities include defining, coordinating, and executing activities related to the Cybersecurity Third Party Risk Management lifecycle, keeping program processes up to date, mobilizing internal and external stakeholders, executing risk management strategies, prioritizing governance, scheduling program committee meetings, managing communication and change management, working with Managed Security Service Providers, and developing risk artifacts.

Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of experience; Master's Degree with 6 years of experience; PhD with 2 years of experience.
Experience in Information Security Third Party Risk Management.
Experience leading complex process initiatives involving multiple global teams.
Ability to create leadership and team level reporting based on complex data sets.
Strategic and tactical thinking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present technical information to various audiences.
Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to make sound business judgments.

Competitive salary range from $103,500 to $197,000.
