Responsibilities include developing algorithms, building and optimizing models, and productionizing data pipelines for ML and AI initiatives.
Key tasks include designing and developing data pipelines, building and auditing data for quality, collaborating on data infrastructure, and automating workflows.
The position requires building and deploying machine learning models, leading all phases of model development, and using technologies like NLP to enhance engagement.
Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Business teams is essential to align on product features and integrate ML capabilities.
The role also involves developing user metrics, identifying KPIs, and building analytics dashboards for actionable insights.

Requirements:

Candidates should have around 5 years of experience using statistics and machine learning algorithms in various applications.
A proven track record in production environments, including building and improving ML models, is required.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala is necessary.
Experience fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific applications is preferred.
Familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow and cloud platforms for hosting models is essential.
Candidates must be proficient with data technologies such as Spark, Presto, Hive, or Hadoop for analyzing large datasets.
A solid understanding of data modeling for relational databases, data warehouses, and SQL is required.
Excellent communication skills are necessary to distill complex data analytics and machine learning insights for various stakeholders.
Experience working within Agile or Lean frameworks is preferred.
A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering customer value are essential.
Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to lifelong learning and staying updated with the latest in AI and machine learning.

The position offers competitive pay within the range of $170,000 - $180,000.
