Description:
Spring Health is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the AI Foundations team.
The role involves building and enhancing models for Spring Health's precision mental health engine and developing the Spring AI platform.
Responsibilities include contributing to algorithm development, creating data-centric product features, and building an AI Platform to support new data products.
Success in this role is defined by launching new recommender system products, creating data products using GenerativeAI, and collaborating with data science teams to bring prototype models to production.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a STEM, Economics, or related quantitative field, with at least 3 years of commercial experience in a ML engineer role.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, Pytorch, Scikit-Learn, building data pipelines, deploying and managing model endpoints, and GenAI workflows is required.
