- Engage in the full development lifecycle of new features and enhancements on both greenfield and existing applications.
- Dedication to delivering high-quality, performant, and robust software within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
- Contribute to changes and continuous improvements in software development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced, agile environment, supporting colleagues as needed.
- Collaborate effectively in a team setting with various business and technical teams.
