Description:

Syndica is creating the Cloud of Web3, providing enterprise-grade RPC infrastructure and developer tools for the Solana ecosystem.
The Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and operating Syndica’s blockchain infrastructure platform.
This role involves shaping the future of the company's IT strategy and working closely with management to enhance the reliability, security, and effectiveness of Network and IT services.
Responsibilities include creating robust and scalable network designs, tracking network performance metrics, diagnosing and resolving network issues, keeping hardware and software updated, and participating in technical discussions.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on network engineering experience, particularly in network technologies, is required.
Candidates must have experience in high-performance and large-scale network engineering environments.
A profound knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, along with routing and switching, is necessary.
Experience with the BGP protocol and complex network routing is essential.
Candidates should have experience in automating repetitive tasks and troubleshooting issues.
Proficiency with network monitoring, diagnostic, and analysis tools is required.
Experience in writing network configuration and design documentation is necessary.
