Description:

Agora is creating tools for communities to collaborate onchain, aiming to build the best end-to-end governance platform for crypto protocols.
The role involves building the next generation of Agora's governance application with a focus on product and end user experience.
You will collaborate closely with the head of engineering, head of design, and head of product to build and own features from start to finish.
Responsibilities include working on the front-end, determining backend data storage, and writing automated tests and documentation.
2025 is expected to be a significant year for Agora with numerous new customers and improvements in contracts, architecture, data layer, and mobile experience.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in production software development is required.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, Remix, or equivalent is necessary.
Strong fundamentals and expertise in TypeScript are essential.
A deep understanding of Ethereum architecture and familiarity with Layer 2 solutions is required.
The ability to read Solidity code is necessary.
Experience building or working with indexers like Subgraph, Shovel, or Ponder is required.
Strong computer science fundamentals, particularly in building scalable and maintainable systems, are essential.
A proven track record of delivering high-quality, maintainable code that facilitates collaboration within a codebase is required.
Candidates should be ready to start committing code on day one.
