Remote Senior or Staff Site Reliability Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure

• You will participate in on-call rotations, plan disaster recovery scenarios, collaborate with the Security team, and mentor team members.

Requirements:

• For the Senior Site Reliability Engineer position, a minimum of 4 years in DevOps or SRE roles is required, focusing on tooling, automation, and infrastructure on a major public cloud provider.
• Proficiency in coding or scripting with Go, Python, and Shell is necessary.
• At least 3 years of experience in building and maintaining CI/CD platforms and supporting agile engineering teams is required.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD platforms, deployment strategies, distributed blockchain systems, and database technologies is essential.
• Strong skills in observability, troubleshooting, and performance solutions are needed.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to peers and stakeholders are required.
• For the Staff Site Reliability Engineer position, 7+ years in DevOps or SRE roles, technical leadership experience, and deep understanding of API design, cloud services, containers, and SQL databases are required.

Benefits:

• The position offers a competitive base pay range, with the Senior Site Reliability Engineer earning between $147,500 - $195,000 and the Staff Site Reliability Engineer earning between $172,500 - $227,500.
• An annual bonus target of 12.5% for Senior and 15% for Staff positions is included.
