The client is a fast-growing startup in the stablecoin banking space, similar to Revolut but on Web3, with a mobile app that integrates stablecoin banking into everyday life.
As a Senior Platforms & Security Engineer, you will oversee the configuration, security, and operational integrity of platforms.
You will define security and operational processes, respond to incidents, and mentor the Support team.
This role is crucial for deploying, maintaining, and optimizing cloud infrastructure and DevOps toolchains.

Requirements:

You must have strong technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, service integration, and automation tools.
Extensive experience in securing cloud environments and applications, corporate services, incident response, and proactive vulnerability management is required.
Experience in process-driven environments with the ability to identify and improve gaps in workflows is essential.
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot platform issues independently are necessary.
You should be able to define, document, and implement security and operational processes that enhance platform reliability and security.
Effective communication skills are needed to collaborate across teams, contribute to technical documentation, and advise in the platforms and security areas.
A mindset focused on scalability, efficiency, and creating seamless, self-service-ready environments is important.
A willingness to mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, is expected.
