Description:
Modern Health is seeking a Senior Product Data Analyst to join their Analytics team, working remotely in the US.
The role involves collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to manage data-related tasks.
Responsibilities include identifying key metrics, implementing them in the database, and reporting through Looker.
The analyst will build data sources and dashboards to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
The position requires conducting deep-dive data analyses using SQL, Python, or other tools, and translating results into actionable recommendations.
The analyst will define and measure KPIs aligned with company objectives and design self-service dashboards for Tech partners.
Planning and conducting A/B tests to assess product changes and providing recommendations based on results is also part of the role.
The analyst will work closely with product managers and other teams to drive product improvements and optimize user experiences.
The position requires ensuring the reliability of work through thorough checks and code reviews.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in product analytics or a similar role, focusing on data analysis and product insights.
Expertise in SQL, data analysis, and data visualization is required.
Experience with Looker or an equivalent BI tool is necessary.
Familiarity with Mixpanel or equivalent web and product analytics tools is expected.
A strong understanding of A/B testing and statistical analysis is essential.
Proven success in partnering with non-technical team members to explain data and analytics concepts is required.
Experience in high-performing product teams with a focus on cross-functional collaboration is necessary.
Candidates should possess strategic thinking abilities and execution skills.
High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills are important for interfacing with internal leadership.
A humble, scrappy, and highly motivated attitude is essential, along with strong problem-solving skills.
A passion for the mental health space is a must.
