Key responsibilities include designing improvements and new features, writing Go code to enhance the codebase, assessing implications of decisions made for the chain, managing emergencies related to chain functionality, collaborating with other teams, participating in system architecture and protocol design, and staying updated with developments in the Cosmos and broader crypto ecosystems.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in an adversarial blockchain environment, writing production-grade, protocol-level code, including core chain source code or smart contracts.
At least 4 years of experience writing production-grade, scalable Go.
Ability to understand and communicate complex mathematical and abstract concepts.
An expert understanding of common crypto-economic primitives is required.
Previous experience at a crypto project that successfully navigated at least one full cycle while addressing typical adversarial forces in crypto.
The candidate must be a proactive, English-fluent communicator.
A strong dedication to and immersion in the crypto space is essential.
