Description:

Searchspring is seeking a Senior React Developer to join their front-end development team.
The role involves developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack.
Responsibilities include reviewing application requirements and interface designs, identifying web-based user interactions, and developing highly responsive user interface components.
The developer will write application interface codes using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, troubleshoot interface software, and improve front-end performance.
Documentation of application changes and updates is also a key responsibility.
The position is full-time and can be based in Pune or Bangalore, India, with remote work options available.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in the software industry, with at least 4+ years specifically in React.js.
A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field is required.
Proficiency in REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux is essential.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and other front-end languages is mandatory.
Experience with user interface design and performance testing frameworks such as Mocha and Jest is required.
Candidates should have experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
Excellent troubleshooting skills are necessary.
A good understanding of middleware and backend integration with the frontend is important.
Knowledge of TypeScript is considered a plus.
