As a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer, you will lead and coach a team of engineers, promoting practices like pairing, TDD, and automating the delivery pipeline.
You will work on various aspects including Services, APIs, and high availability websites using a range of technologies.

Requirements:

You must have over 5 years of development experience using Ruby on Rails and be comfortable learning new technologies.
Proficiency in databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, CouchDB, and DynamoDB is required.
Experience in Lean and Agile methodologies, with a strong focus on test-driven development, behavior-driven development, pairing, mentoring, and code review is essential.
You should be familiar with SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, and be able to write clean, readable code.
A strong understanding and desire to work in a culture with DevOps at the core is essential.
Fluency in English is a must.
