Description:

RYZ Labs is seeking a Senior Rust Engineer to work on cutting-edge blockchain projects within the Solana ecosystem.
The role involves developing and optimizing high-performance, secure applications in Rust.
The engineer will contribute to core blockchain systems, ensure scalability, and build innovative solutions that advance decentralized finance (DeFi) and other blockchain-based technologies.
The position requires leveraging expertise in Rust and blockchain to drive forward new and existing projects, significantly impacting the development of decentralized technologies.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Rust.
Proven experience working on blockchain projects, ideally within the Solana ecosystem, is required.
A deep understanding of smart contracts, on-chain programs, and blockchain technologies is essential.
Expertise in low-level systems programming and handling performance-sensitive tasks is necessary.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues are required.
Familiarity with cryptography and security best practices in blockchain development is needed.
Preferred qualifications include experience contributing to open-source blockchain projects and knowledge of Solana-specific frameworks and tools like Anchor.
Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) applications and prior experience in designing token economies, staking mechanisms, or NFTs is advantageous.
Exposure to multi-chain development or cross-chain communication protocols is also preferred.
