As a Senior Rust Engineer, you will work on advanced infrastructure that safeguards the crypto industry by extending the EVM to enforce security rules after every state transition.
The role requires a T-shaped skillset with a broad technical range and deep knowledge in specific areas such as EVM, performance, database, optimization, and debugging.
Key responsibilities include designing and owning complex features with a focus on performance, collaborating across teams, iterating quickly through performance benchmarking, and contributing innovative ideas to the team roadmap.

Requirements:

A proven track record of shipping and maintaining complex and performant Rust code in production environments is essential.
A deep understanding of the Rust language and its ecosystem is required.
Candidates must have a thorough understanding of the Ethereum ecosystem, particularly the EVM and Execution layer.
A strong sense of ownership, passion for improving existing systems, and the ability to work autonomously and solve problems independently are necessary.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams are important.
A strong background in low-level system programming and relevant optimizations, such as parallel computing architectures, profiling, and memory management, is required.
