Requirements:

• A proven track record of shipping and maintaining complex and performant Rust code in production environments is essential.
• A deep understanding of the Rust language and its ecosystem is required.
• Candidates must have a thorough understanding of the Ethereum ecosystem, particularly the EVM and Execution layer.
• A strong sense of ownership, passion for improving existing systems, and the ability to work autonomously and solve problems independently are necessary.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams are important.
• A strong background in low-level system programming and relevant optimizations, such as parallel computing architectures, profiling, and memory management, is required.
