Description:

Mainspring Energy is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to enhance the Salesforce platform and improve user experience.
The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to identify platform improvements and document business requirements, process flow diagrams, and user stories.
Responsibilities include designing scalable Salesforce solutions, configuring changes, and managing integrated applications such as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
The administrator will handle user setup, communicate platform changes, create user documentation, and provide training sessions.
Additional tasks include producing test plans, conducting unit testing, maintaining the sandbox environment, and performing proactive system maintenance.
The position requires staying current with Salesforce updates and continuously learning through certifications and training.
The role supports other commercial data systems and collaborates with the Enterprise Data Systems team.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience managing and configuring Salesforce as a primary job function.
A proven track record of building strong working relationships with business stakeholders is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Certification as a Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I, along with related Trailhead Badges/Super Badges, is necessary.
Applicants should have 2+ years of programming experience with Apex.
A strong understanding of relational databases and data models is required.
Progress towards an Advanced Developer or Advanced Admin certification is preferred.
Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and the biz dev, sales, and marketing process is necessary.
Familiarity with both direct and indirect sales processes is a plus, as is experience in product manufacturing, sales, operations, inventory, and planning.
Salesforce Field Service experience is also a plus.

The position offers a salary range of $123,000 - $140,000, adjusted based on local market conditions and employee experience.
