Remote Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Description:

• Support monitoring services for the entire MachineFi Infra.
• Deploy and maintain various externally facing services.
• Improve the reliability and observability of internal infrastructure.
• Provide engineers with a reliable release pipeline for quick code deployment.
• Use on-call shifts to prevent incidents proactively.
• Implement monitoring and alerting based on symptoms.
• Debug production issues across different services and stack levels.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in software engineering or operations, with SRE experience.
• Proficiency in system architecture, including designing and implementing complex applications on AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting existing pipelines, and cloud-based services deployment.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and container orchestration, particularly with Kubernetes clusters.
• Ability to read and write code, automate tasks, and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Strong communication skills for feedback, planning meetings, and code reviews.
• Excitement for blockchain, Web 3.0, and decentralized technologies.
• Experience in information security and DevSecOps.
• Previous experience working remotely in a distributed team.
