Description:

The company is working on Agave, a forked version of the original Solana Labs client validator client, and developing tools for dApp developers.
The team is small, lean, and seeks talented individuals to help build robust web3 protocols.
The role involves designing the future of Solana on-chain programs and enhancing the developer experience.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing new on-chain programs, driving protocol-level improvements, maintaining developer experience, assisting in testing advancements, writing documentation, and contributing to the software development lifecycle.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is required.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with core infrastructure software, distributed systems, or financial software.
Expertise in programming languages such as Rust is essential.
Experience in writing Solana on-chain programs is necessary.
The ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external clients to meet shared objectives and deadlines is required.
Preferred qualifications include a knack for designing secure protocols and active participation in Bitcoin/Ethereum/Blockchain projects or the open-source community.

The salary range for US-based candidates will be determined throughout the interview process based on experience, skill, and location.
Candidates can anticipate an annual base salary of $150,000 USD to $275,000 USD, not including incentive compensation or other benefits.
