Requirements:

A University Degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field, with approximately 5+ years of experience; candidates with a Master's or PhD may be considered with less experience.
Candidates with 8+ years of industry experience through non-traditional paths are also encouraged to apply.
Significant experience at a Senior level with a demonstrated ability in leading technical design and delivering medium to high-complexity projects.
Experience in coaching and mentoring junior and intermediate developers is required.
Ability to proactively identify and address technical challenges to ensure smooth project delivery.
Demonstrated adaptability to learn new technologies and contribute across multiple domains.
Experience with Ruby on Rails is preferred, but applicants with other OOP languages (Java, C#, Python, etc.) are welcome.
Infrastructure experience with AWS, Containerization, ECS, Kubernetes, and Docker is a plus.

The role offers a minimum annual salary of $123,600 and a maximum of $193,000, with a starting salary of $146,700 for fully accomplished candidates.
