Description:
As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will join a feature delivery team to deliver new product functionality and customer-requested enhancements using the Salesforce technology stack.
You will work with cloud-based software implemented on the Force.com platform.
Your responsibilities will include using technologies such as Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and React.
You will deliver scalable solutions adapted to various verticals such as telecom, energy, and utilities.
Establishing relationships with customers, product managers, and fellow teams is essential to translate requirements into exceptional products.
You should have a passion for writing clean code, leveraging design patterns, authoring robust unit tests, and thoroughly testing your solutions.
You will provide extensive custom development using Force.com, working with Apex classes, triggers, components, VisualForce pages, and SOQL.
You will apply knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (LWC, React, Angular, Vue) within the Salesforce domain.
Writing Apex REST Services and consuming Salesforce Platform APIs (e.g., REST, Metadata, UI, Tooling) is part of your role.
You will utilize continuous integration tools (Jenkins, CircleCI) and Git (Github, Bitbucket).
You will leverage knowledge of Salesforce limits to work around blockers and contribute to advanced system administration and configuration.
Estimating effort towards building solutions and balancing polish and speed effectively is required.
You will work directly with customers to understand use cases and collect feedback.
You will focus on delivering quality solutions by thoroughly testing code prior to handing it over to QA, writing unit tests, and exercising best practices such as TDD.
Serving as a member of an agile team and participating in all associated processes and cadences is expected.
You will adapt pixel-perfect mockups into functioning solutions and write modular, reusable, and scalable code.
Requirements:
You must have extensive experience with custom development using Force.com, including Apex classes, triggers, components, VisualForce pages, and SOQL.
A strong understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks (LWC, React, Angular, Vue) is required.
You should possess deep knowledge of writing Apex REST Services and consuming Salesforce Platform APIs.

You will identify areas of technical debt and provide solutions to optimize.
Within 365 days, you will have built and shipped large modules and serve as a technical expert for modules and features.
You will collaborate with external teams to debug issues raised by customers and volunteer on initiatives that advance developer efficiency and best practices.
You will participate in customer meetings to gather requirements and explain your solutions in a simplified, non-technical way.
