Requirements:

A high level of experience in various programming languages and tools, particularly C#/.Net, React, SQL Server, and AWS.
Proven ability to contribute to internal ecosystems and build SDKs and libraries for team integration.
Capability to debug across the entire Xero technology stack to assist the team.
Experience in making significant code design decisions for individual products.
Highly proficient in the architecture and implementation of distributed systems, with the ability to refactor complex systems into scalable components.
Proficiency in CI/CD concepts and tooling is required.
A strong advocate for Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated tooling, with the ability to review and enhance team processes for improved quality and feedback.
