Description:
The Driftrock engineering team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to collaborate with all company members to enhance the product and foster innovation.
Responsibilities include being enthusiastic about problem-solving, actively participating in the engineering team to assist in skill development, and maintaining a data-driven mindset for customer value assessment.

The platform consists of multiple services primarily built in Elixir and Ruby, hosted on Kubernetes and Google Cloud, communicating via APIs and RabbitMQ, and storing data in Postgresql and Redis.
Current projects involve migrating the app to Phoenix LiveView, defining best practices, and exploring new technologies.
Requirements:
Strong backend experience in Elixir and Ruby, along with some frontend framework knowledge, is required.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning for technical and soft skill improvement.
Ability to work effectively in a small team, contribute diverse viewpoints, and make technical decisions.
Interest in agile practices like continuous delivery, TDD, pair programming, code reviews, and retrospectives.
Experience mentoring engineers and fostering a productive team environment.
Focus on maintaining high software quality and security standards.
Availability to work in the same timezone as the team (flexible).
UK residents must have the right to work in the UK and will be full-time employees, while non-UK residents will be hired as consultants.
