The company has recently secured a $75 million Series C funding round to modernize healthcare infrastructures.
DexCare is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to expand the efforts around the DexCare platform.
The role involves driving technical and functional components of software development projects in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
Responsibilities include full-stack design, development, testing, and implementation of client-hosted and cloud-based enterprise-level software applications.
The engineer will assist with the entire application development project lifecycle, including coding, project scope, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and production support.
The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand user workflows and prioritize projects.
The engineer will work as part of a Scrum team, participate in sprints, and help manage project priorities and risks.
The role is fully remote and can be performed from any location within the United States.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Financial Engineering, Computational Engineering, or Information Technology is required.
A minimum of three years of enterprise-level web or mobile application development experience is necessary.
Experience with technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Shell, SQL, and AWS is required.
The candidate should have experience in full-stack application development and be familiar with Agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are essential.
The candidate should be able to prepare project status reports and assist in project management tasks.
Benefits:
The salary range for this role is between $150,000 and $180,000, plus equity.
Employees are eligible for an annual bonus.
