They are seeking a Full Stack Senior Engineer to join their team, offering a transparent compensation policy with a salary range of $160,000-170,000, signing bonus, stock options, and full benefits.
The role involves independently owning the design and development of new features, driving technical initiatives, working with a modern stack including React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS, and collaborating with diverse teams.
Responsibilities also include mentoring junior engineers, gaining knowledge of end-of-life planning and nonprofit fundraising, and leading projects in a collaborative environment.
The hiring process includes a recruiter phone screen, tech screen, super day interviews, and contingent offer stage.
Requirements:
Must have 5+ years of experience building production systems for complex web applications.
Experience leading projects with multiple engineers, a product manager, and designer.
Business-to-Business and/or Business-to-Business-to-Consumer experience is preferred.
Experience in FinTech, Cryptocurrency, and knowledge of financial institutions is a plus.
Proficiency in web architecture, SQL, API design, and developer tooling.
Familiarity with TypeScript, observability, performance optimization, continuous integration, automated testing, and cloud infrastructure.
