Requirements:
Proven expertise in backend development, including designing and operating highly available, scalable distributed systems, with a preference for Go, but experience in Ruby, Java, or similar is also valuable.
Candidates should possess a product-minded approach, understanding the "why" behind building features and empathizing with users.
An ownership mentality is essential, taking responsibility for the success of the product and overall engineering goals.
The ability to prioritize high-impact work while maintaining focus and urgency is crucial.
