Remote Senior Software Engineer

Description:

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience in object-oriented languages such as Java and Go is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field, or equivalent experience, is necessary.
• Candidates should have experience leading small teams (2-4) in architecture and system design.
• Experience with payment systems, RESTful API design, and Cloud Services (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) is essential.
• Proficiency in SQL databases and schema design is required.
• Proven experience in designing and deploying production-quality, scalable software is necessary.
• A strong focus on coding standards, code quality, and test coverage is expected.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with remote teams are required.
• Candidates should be self-starters who thrive in fast-paced environments and can work with minimal supervision.

• The base pay range is between $147,500 and $195,000, with an annual bonus target of 12.5%.
