The Senior Software Engineer will extend Circle's blockchain systems infrastructure to support tokenization, analyze and improve existing systems, and build scalable microservices for secure APIs.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field, or equivalent experience, is necessary.
Candidates should have experience leading small teams (2-4) in architecture and system design.
Experience with payment systems, RESTful API design, and Cloud Services (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) is essential.
Proficiency in SQL databases and schema design is required.
Proven experience in designing and deploying production-quality, scalable software is necessary.
A strong focus on coding standards, code quality, and test coverage is expected.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with remote teams are required.
Candidates should be self-starters who thrive in fast-paced environments and can work with minimal supervision.

The base pay range is between $147,500 and $195,000, with an annual bonus target of 12.5%.
