Remote Senior Software Engineer

Description:

• Join Radilink and play a key role in the stablecoin network, utilizing a state-of-the-art API framework that provides 24/7 infrastructure for global transactions.
• The Senior Software Engineer will help drive and execute the product vision and technology roadmap.
• This role offers leadership responsibilities by guiding and growing the engineering team at Radilink.
• You will work directly under the CEO, acting as both a technology and business expert, making impactful decisions for the company's operations.
• Responsibilities include designing and implementing the architecture of the Radilink platform.
• You will take ownership of selecting and maintaining the technology stack, ensuring alignment with business needs and scalability goals.
• Oversee the security of the organization and product ecosystem broadly.
• Set and manage software development processes, including team cadences and quality assurance.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to anticipate their needs on the platform and manage team capacity.
• Ensure that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs.
• Act as a mentor to team members and manage technology budgets and timelines.
• Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering with a strong track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions is required.
• Proven experience in fast-paced FinTech environments, particularly in scaling horizontal products.
• Deep expertise in fintech, especially in payments, smart contracts, and stablecoin technologies is essential.
• Candidates should be skilled in building and launching products from ideation through iteration and scaling.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• Advanced English proficiency with excellent leadership and communication skills is necessary.
• Experience building within web3 or with blockchain technologies, as well as an understanding of financial markets and stablecoin economics, is preferred.
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects and advanced degrees or relevant certifications are desirable.
