As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of web and mobile applications.
You will drive technical excellence and mentor team members in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining robust end-to-end solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
You will drive the adoption and implementation of cloud-native technologies, focusing on leveraging GCP services for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
You will utilize your deep knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, and related frameworks to deliver high-quality code.
You will architect and develop scalable microservices and APIs, ensuring secure and efficient data flow between distributed systems.
You will design and optimize database schemas, ensuring data integrity and performance across both SQL and NoSQL databases.
You will collaborate closely with DevOps teams to ensure robust CI/CD pipelines and maintain high system availability.
You will conduct thorough code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
You will take a leadership role in Agile processes, guiding sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
You will lead the resolution of complex technical challenges, utilizing advanced problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong emphasis on cloud-native applications.
You should have extensive experience in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, and associated frameworks/libraries, focusing on large-scale applications.
Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS) is required.
Proven experience in architecting and implementing complex microservices architectures and RESTful APIs is necessary.
You must have expertise in designing and managing both SQL and NoSQL databases, with a strong understanding of data modeling and performance optimization.
Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation is required.
You should demonstrate the ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical excellence.
Strong experience in Agile development processes, with the ability to lead sprints and contribute to continuous process improvement is essential.
