Description:

The Senior Software Engineer will architect and build highly scalable and reliable backend systems using Node.js, ensuring performance and security across the platform.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in backend development with Node.js, including frameworks such as Express.js, Hapi.js, or Koa.js, is required.
A proven track record of tackling challenging technical problems, particularly in low-latency, distributed systems, is essential.
Experience in fast-paced, early-stage environments is necessary, with a preference for backgrounds in fintech or Conversational AI.
A strong understanding of designing and building systems that handle real-time interactions and large-scale data processing is required.
A passion for code quality, testing, and performance, with adherence to best practices like Test-Driven Development (TDD), is expected.
Experience with real-time technologies such as web sockets, long-polling, or server-sent events is necessary.
